Overview
This scholarship, established to honor Helen and L.S. Wong—longtime members of the Fairfield–Suisun community—offers awards between $1,000 and $3,000.
Who may apply
- Incoming first-year students who will be enrolled full-time in the 2026–27 academic year at an accredited four-year college or university. Students attending a community college may apply if they demonstrate a strong intention to transfer to a four-year institution.
- Applicants must live in Fairfield or Suisun, California, or be a graduating senior from a Fairfield or Suisun high school.
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.8.
- Demonstrated financial need is required.
- Applicants must be of Asian heritage, at least 50% by ancestry.

Applications must be submitted by Friday, March 27, 2026.
